As many of you know, I'm a mom on a mission these days.
As a healthcare provider and researcher, I'm genuinely troubled by the data
(and my own experience with patients) showing the correlation between kids' increased screen use and the rising mental health crisis among youth.
This summer, I launched NJ STAT Alliance: Stop Technology Attacking Teens,
to bring communities together to raise awareness, educate families, and support policies that protect our kids.

We work with elected officials to advance policies that protect children, holding technology companies accountable and establishing common-sense safeguards around youth access and usage.
